Wayne County Housing Authority

The Wayne County Housing Authority (WCHA) has been in operation since 1971. The agency's  total housing inventory includes 103 Section 8 New Construction units in two developments. We also provide rental subsidies for 675 units under our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, which covers both Wayne and Pike counties.
