Transcripts

 Pursuant to Wayne County Local Rule of Judicial Administration 4007.1 , all requests for transcripts must be made by completing this Transcript Order Form (PDF)

Completed forms may be mailed or faxed to the attention of the Wayne County Judge’s Chambers. 

A court recorder will contact the requesting party to provide an estimated cost.  Prior to a court recorder starting a transcript, the estimated cost must be deposited with the Wayne County Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts.  Payments are to be made payable to Wayne County and are non-refundable.  The requesting party must provide a receipt or proof of payment to the court recorder prior to the court recorder starting a transcript.  Failure to provide proof of payment to the court recorder may result in a delay in the production of the transcript.
