Library Facilities
Wayne County has seven independent libraries loosely organized under the auspices of the Wayne Library Alliance. The facilities include:
- Bethany Public Library
- Community Library of Lake and Salem Townships in Hamlim
- Hawley Public Library
- Newfoundland Area Public Library
- Northern Wayne Public Library in Lakewood
- Pleasant Mount Library
- Wayne County Public Library in Honesdale
